Other running

  • Run up and down a stair. Once more each training session.
  • Run a (short) trip outside, could be with additional warm up exercises.
  • Slalom-run – put out barriers in the fencing gym, that  the participants has to parse in correct order, and time the performance.
  • The ground is poisonous… Either as above with items in then fencing gym, that can be used for running on, or outside, on a playground etc.
  • 50 m / 100 m run with winner
  • Pause for the winner in a competing run. The whole team runs and the winner of each heat gets a pause in the next.
  • Ministry of Silly Walks.
