Lying Ball Relay
Create 2 or more teams. The team members lies on the back with bend knees one after the other, so that the feet are at the head of the person in front. The first person in line receives the ball sitting up, and transfers it to the next person by lying down and delivering it over the head to the next person who is sitting up. The ball is passed through to the end, and the last man runs to the front, and the ball goes down the line again. The game continues until it has been through the line a number of times.
Variation
As normal warm-up. All lies down in a circle and a number of balls is passed around the circle. The more balls the more fun.
